IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) – Azure & M365 Specialist

Smart Managed Solutions in London is seeking an IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd line) to join our IT team. You will own complex issues and contribute to ensuring reliable, secure IT services across the business, working across Microsoft cloud technologies.

In this role you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for infrastructure, cloud and end-user environments, act as escalation point, support onboarding, and help maintain service continuity.
