You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the network environment.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patches remotely.
• Document all support requests, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous.
