IT Systems & End-User Support Engineer

Smart Pension is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to ensure reliable access to systems and services, supporting end users and hardware across regions. You will manage registers and databases, conforming to Smart policies and procedures while enabling proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with IT and Cyber teams, maintain documentation and CMDB artefacts, and promote continuous improvement. A strong focus on end-user support and security compliance is expected.
