You’ll combine your growing technical skills with excellent customer service, making sure people feel supported and their IT issues are resolved efficiently. Working alongside our experienced advanced-tier IT team,you’ll gain valuable hands‑on experience, build your technical knowledgeand develop the communication and problem‑solving skills needed for a successful career in IT. What we'relooking for:

• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop PC’s.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Confident to engage with our internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent
• ICT qualification at grade4 or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical, accurate, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to plan and prioritise workloads in a fast paced environment.
