Japan MMO Community Lead — Growth, Localisation & Engagement

Soulbound is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to build and manage our Japanese community from the ground up. Ideal candidates will have native-level Japanese skills, a deep understanding of MMO cultures, and experience in engaging online communities.

The role involves establishing a vibrant presence in Japan, engaging with players, managing our Discord, and localising community content. You will act as a cultural advisor to our global team to ensure effective communication and community building.
