Japanese Speaking - Sales Administration Assistant

Title: Japanese Speaking - Sales Administration Assistant Salary: Up to £30,000 Location: London Job status: Permanent Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (5 days on-site) Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Overseas Insurance and Healthcare Programs, and liaise with overseas branches, clients, claimants, and medical facilities.

• Coordinate medical assistance services, including issuing and managing payment guarantees and arranging medical interpreters.

• Process and manage insurance claims, including claim adjustments, necessary investigations, and appropriate interpretation and application of insurance policies and Healthcare Programs.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including post logs, claim/invoice master logs, claim-related documents, filing, scanning, and data updates.

• Provide general administrative and operational support and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Current administrative experience in Japan; travel/hospitality experience preferred.

• Available for long-term employment; YMS/Student Visa holders may be considered if eligible to switch visas.

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills preferred.

• Strong multitasking skills.
