As part of the team at Bluewater, you'll help ensure every customer receives the best possible service and support the store in reaching its sales targets.

What you'll do

• Greet customers in a warm, genuine and friendly manner and deliver great service every time
• Drive sales, using in-store devices to offer customers the full product range and add-on sales
• Help maintain shop floor and display standards, keeping stock clean, presentable and well stocked
• Deputise for other staff and work across departments as needed
• Represent the company professionally and work safely and responsibly at all times

What you'll need

• Good communication skills, and a confident, outgoing manner
• Effective selling skills
• Full flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
