Description

The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to understand individual and team service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative and housekeeping duties. The Senior Stylist will also understand the individual sales and service goals of the Stylists and help them to achieve their goals by providing help, advice and motivation.
Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the Store Manager in respect of items per transaction/average £ sale and mix of business.
Execute events according to Guidelines as directed by Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, Senior Stylist, Sales & Education Executive, Education Executive or Education Ambassador.
Assist with ensuring adequate stock levels on the shop floor and stock rotation. Ensuring that the stock room is kept tidy and highlight any discrepancies or issues to Store Manager.
Actively participate in cleaning display units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for the next day’s business.
Show excellent standards of timekeeping and attendance.
Keep Informed About Products, Company Information And Store Information.
Monitor team to aide in achievement of all goals and targets.
Complete all administration accurately, legibly and on time.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
