Job Coach for Learners with Disabilities – Empower Employment

Sandwell College is seeking a highly motivated Job Coach to support up to eight interns in Foundation Learning. The role is full-time, fixed-term for the 2026/27 academic year, delivering employability training and helping learners secure and sustain employment across workplace and classroom settings.

You will assess progress, address barriers to employment, develop personalised employment plans, and collaborate with employers and partner agencies.
