Job Title: Lead Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor – Mon to Fri / Up to £44k / Family Culture

Salary: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum (c£34k–£36k base + profit share, annual bonus & perks)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Free secure parking)

Hours: Monday to Friday (Strictly No Weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnostics & Mechanical Repairs: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a high volume of light vehicles to ensure peak safety and performance.
• Technical Oversight: Reading and interpreting technical schematics, utilizing hand and power tools efficiently, and executing complex repairs.
• Workshop Leadership & Administration: Utilizing your interpersonal and judgment skills to assist with job pricing, decision‑making, customer relations, and daily workshop flow alongside the Service Manager.
• Quality & Safety: Maintaining clean working conditions, adhering to health and safety standards, and upholding our "Right First Time" ethos.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6–7 years’ proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
• Prior management, supervisory, or workshop lead experience (or strong readiness to step up).
• Strong diagnostic ability, sound judgment, job pricing knowledge, and effective communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and current UK work authorization.
