This office-based role provides a comprehensive introduction to administrative functions, offering valuable experience in office management, coordination, and client support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, working closely with various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries and taking messages.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
