Our client is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Junior Associate to join their highly-regarded Employment Law practice in Edinburgh . This role is perfect for a newly qualified or junior solicitor eager to build a career in this specialised field. You will be involved in advising a broad range of clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of employment law issues, including dismissals, discrimination, and contractual disputes.
• Assist in the drafting of employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documentation for employment tribunal claims.
• Support senior lawyers on complex cases and transactional work.
• Develop strong client relationships through clear and practical advice.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor in Scotland with 0-3 years' post-qualification experience.
• A strong academic record and a genuine interest in employment law .
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
