Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Automotive Detailer to join their team in Oxford . This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about cars and keen to learn the art of professional vehicle detailing. You will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they look their absolute best for customers. Working under the guidance of experienced detailers, you will develop your skills in a supportive environment and contribute to the pristine appearance of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior cleaning, including washing, drying, and waxing/polishing vehicles.
• Carry out interior detailing, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and surface sanitisation.
• Apply protective coatings and sealants to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity.
• Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment and tools.
• Assist senior detailers with more complex tasks and learn new techniques.
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the detailing bay.
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A keen interest in cars and a passion for achieving high standards of cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in automotive detailing techniques.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage but not essential.
• A full, clean driving licence would be beneficial for vehicle movement.
