You will assist with a range of maintenance and repair tasks, learning the intricacies of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Perform basic diagnostic checks and identify minor faults under supervision.
• Carry out routine tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are handled with care.
• Learn and apply workshop safety procedures and best practices in all tasks.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and components.
• Possession of or working towards a relevant automotive qualification (e.g., Level 1 or 2).
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness for workshop tasks.
• A proactive attitude and ability to follow instructions accurately in Brighton .
