Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Learn and apply best practices in blockchain development and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and efficiency.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing blockchain systems.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain space.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and cryptocurrency principles.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go).
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, particularly Solidity and blockchain development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating in Glasgow .
