Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Buyer to join their purchasing team in a fully remote capacity. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual looking to start or advance their career in procurement. You will support the senior buying team by assisting with sourcing, placing orders, and managing supplier communications. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in the procurement system.
- Monitor order progress and communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
- Help manage supplier relationships by responding to routine inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier information.
- Support senior buyers with market research and data analysis for procurement projects.
Requirements
