About the Role

You will work closely with senior engineers, providing support in data collection, analysis, and the implementation of process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in data gathering and analysis for process optimization projects.
• Support the implementation of process improvements, modifications, and upgrades.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of operational issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Participate in process hazard reviews and safety assessments.
• Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply various process engineering tools and techniques to solve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Internship or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a process engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mass transfer.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
