About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Junior Chemical Engineer to join their growing team in Bradford . You will work closely with senior engineers on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience across different aspects of chemical manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of chemical processes and equipment.
Support senior engineers in conducting process simulations, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Participate in site surveys and plant inspections to gather operational data.
Help prepare process documentation, including PFDs and operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations under guidance.
Collaborate with team members on project execution and problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.).
Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the chemical industry in Bradford .
