About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of chemical processes and equipment.
• Conduct process simulations and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support plant operations by troubleshooting minor process deviations and documenting findings.
• Participate in safety reviews and assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in process engineering and safety.
• Collaborate with team members on various engineering projects, contributing fresh perspectives.

Requirements

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Some internship or co-op experience in a relevant industrial setting is desirable.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat/mass transfer).
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
