Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of chemical processes and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in data collection, analysis, and reporting for process improvements.
• Conduct literature reviews and research for new process technologies and materials.
• Participate in site inspections and assist with process troubleshooting under supervision.
• Help maintain process documentation, including P&IDs and operating manuals.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and environmental regulations during all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in a relevant industrial setting is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles such as thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills, essential for working in Edinburgh .
