Kettering Starting Salary: £43,000 Panama Shift Pattern

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their engineering career within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

Support maintenance and engineering activities across the site. Assist with equipment repairs, servicing, and refurbishment. Support planned maintenance, breakdown response, and changeovers. Carry out machine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks. Work closely with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.

About You

Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or a workshop environment. Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and develop technically. Able to work effectively as part of a team.
