Junior Estimator - Geotechnical & Piling
Location: Nottingham Salary: £50,000
About the Role
An established specialist geotechnical and piling contractor is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their Nottingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in piling, geotechnical or civil engineering who is looking to develop their career within estimating and commercial project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Estimator
Assist with preparing tenders and project estimates Review drawings, specifications and project requirements Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare cost breakdowns and pricing Support the preparation of tender submissions Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams Maintain accurate estimating and tender records Assist with handovers from estimating to the delivery teamRequirements of a Junior Estimator
Previous experience within piling, geotechnical or civil engineering Understanding of construction costs, materials and site operations Good attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence desirable Happy to travelThis is a permanent role.
