Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of ingredients and menu items for events.
• Learn and execute various culinary techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Support with plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and waste management.
