Are you a Field Engineer from an Electrical, Telecoms, Security, EPOS or similar background, looking for structured training and clear progression with a growing technology business? Do you enjoy customer-facing work, hands-on installs, and getting out on the road with a Company Van and Fuel Card?

This is a secure, permanent role where you'll be properly trained from the ground up, shadowing experienced engineers and building long-term technical depth. You'll benefit from career progression opportunities and a great work life balance with no callouts or weekend work.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, expanding technology employer with a strong track record of internal progression. They invest in their people with a structured onboarding process and ongoing 1-2-1 development conversations, so you're not left to \"figure it out\" alone.

You'll travel to customer sites across the North to install hardware and configure software/network integration, then deliver face-to-face user training to ensure a smooth handover.

This role suits a progression and training-focused engineer who wants to become a recognised specialist long-term, rather than simply doing the same routine job with no development.

The Role:

• On-site installation, software configuration and customer training on technology systems
• Regional travel across the North (including occasional overnight stays)
• Full technical product training

The Person:

• Hands-on, IT-savvy engineer (telecoms / security / IT / networking / access control / data cabling / electrical)
• Confident and professional communicating with customers (able to deliver user training)
• Full UK driving license
