Junior Field Engineer: Site Install & Field Travel

Blue Arrow Swansea is seeking a Junior Field Engineer to join our team in the Swansea area. The role involves extensive site work, surveys, installs and flushing of wide-ranging systems with travels across the UK and Europe.

You will work with the HSD/FMP division, supporting customer installations and calibration, and ensuring projects meet deadlines while building strong client relationships. A full driving licence and proactive, team‑oriented attitude are essential.
