Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer Reports To: Head of IT & Software Development Location: On-site — Winnersh Triangle office Employment Type: Full-time Focus: Primarily frontend, extending into backend (C#/.NET) as features require We're looking for a junior developer to join our in-house software team working on Taskye, our bespoke Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) platform. You'll spend most of your time building front-end features, with the opportunity to pick up backend work as your skills grow and the roadmap demands it. About Us FISco Uk Ltd is a facilities management company delivering total FM services, hard services and soft services, through a network of third-party contractors, acting as the intermediary between clients and providers. At the centre of that operation is Taskye, our CAFM system, built and maintained entirely in-house rather than bought off the shelf. It's the tool our team, our clients, and our contractor network use every day, which means the software you ship has a direct, visible impact on how the business runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain UI features across Taskye's Next.js/React frontend, working within our existing component library and coding standards
• Extend or consume backend APIs (C#/.NET 8 microservices) when a feature calls for it
• Write tests for any work you pick up
• Work through Git and Azure DevOps and track work in Jira
• Learn and follow Taskye's established architecture and conventions Tech Stack & Essential Skills Core Skills:
• TypeScript
• React
• Next.js
• HTML & CSS
• Git
• C# and .NET 8
• T-SQL Tooling used across the team: Azure DevOps (source control and CI/CD), Azure (cloud hosting), Jira (ticketing). Desirable / Nice-to-Have
• Exposure to Flutter/Dart
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services
• Any experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit, or similar)
• Experience in infrastructure-as-code (Bicep) or CI/CD pipelines
• A relevant degree, bootcamp, or personal/university projects demonstrating your work
