Junior FX Broker

About the Role

The client is expanding their FX sales desk and looking for a driven, energetic Junior FX Broker to join the team. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role where you’ll learn how to build a book of clients, understand FX markets, and convert leads into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospects

• Building and managing your own client portfolio

• Explaining FX products and solutions confidently

• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

• Supporting senior brokers and learning the full FX sales cycle

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator with strong phone presence

• Resilient, competitive, and motivated to earn

• Ability to learn quickly and take feedback

• Commercial mindset - comfortable speaking with business owners

• Ideally local to Brentwood / Essex / East London

• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
