About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Design layouts for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Work with the design team to develop logos, icons, and other visual elements.
• Prepare files for print production and digital deployment.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs.
• Learn and apply typography and colour theory principles effectively.

Requirements

• A foundational understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative ability and design potential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in or willing to commute to Liverpool for the apprenticeship.
