About the Role

Our client in Brighton is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to embark on a career in visual communication as a Junior Graphic Designer Apprentice . You will work under the guidance of experienced designers, contributing to branding, marketing materials, and digital assets. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, and websites.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality assets.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Support the preparation of final artwork for print and digital production.

Requirements

• A strong passion for graphic design and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop design skills, with some commuting to the Brighton office required.
