About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and aspiring Junior Graphic Designer Apprentice to join their innovative marketing team, operating with a remote-first approach in Portsmouth . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and web content.
• Design and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Support the design team in preparing files for print and digital distribution.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Source and manage image libraries and other design assets.
• Stay updated on design trends and propose innovative visual solutions.

Requirements

• A demonstrable passion for graphic design and visual arts.
• Basic proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio showcasing creative projects (even personal or academic).
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of composition and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
