Junior Graphic Designer Apprentice

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer Apprentice to join their marketing and design team, working entirely remotely . This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to hone your design skills, learn industry-standard software, and contribute to visually compelling marketing materials. You will collaborate with designers and marketers on a variety of projects, receiving expert guidance and mentorship. This role is ideal for a budding designer with a strong visual sense and a passion for creating impactful designs in a flexible, remote-first setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual assets for social media, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Support the design of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Learn and apply brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs.
• Work with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate creative briefs into visual concepts.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design projects.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing creative design work and a strong visual aesthetic.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn industry-standard design software.
• A keen eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
