Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Work with senior designers to develop branding elements, logos, and visual identities for clients.
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design projects and campaigns.
• Learn and apply design principles, typography, and color theory in practical applications.
• Manage and organize design assets and project files efficiently.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative talent and design skills, even if from personal projects or academic work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual composition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and work collaboratively within a team.
• Must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in the UK.
