Junior Lawyer - Intellectual Property

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the protection and enforcement of trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Draft and review IP-related agreements, including licensing and assignment deeds.
• Conduct legal research on IP law issues and prepare advice notes.
• Support the team in contentious IP matters and litigation.
• Liaise with clients and relevant IP offices.

Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor or barrister, or a solicitor/barrister with up to 2 years' PQE in Intellectual Property law .
• A strong academic background and a keen interest in IP.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
