Junior Legal Counsel - Flexible, Global Contracts

ICG FMC Limited is recruiting a junior Legal Counsel to join the Group Legal team in London. The role is based in our London office with flexible working arrangements.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate matters, and support expansion into new markets globally. The ideal candidate is private practice trained with 1–4 years PQE, possesses strong academic credentials, and can work both independently and within a team.
