About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Management Consultant to join their established practice based in Milton Keynes . Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in gathering and analysing client data to identify key insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Support the development of client presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Help to coordinate project activities and track progress against timelines.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
• Learn and apply various consulting frameworks and methodologies across different projects.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic record and a demonstrable interest in business strategy and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction closely.
