Junior Mortgage Advisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Junior Mortgage Advisor to join their growing financial services team in Wolverhampton . In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors to assist clients in finding suitable mortgage and protection products that meet their individual needs. You will be involved in the entire mortgage process, from initial client consultation and application submission to liaison with lenders and third parties. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Assist in researching and recommending appropriate mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies within the Wolverhampton area.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in the mortgage and financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to undertake CeMAP or equivalent qualification if not already held.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and individually.
