Junior People Partner - HR Advisor for Growth & Change

The Very Group in Speke, UK, is hiring a Junior People Partner to provide commercially aligned HR guidance to people managers. You’ll work with the People team across ER, performance, and policy in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you’ll help implement people initiatives, maintain MI, and support learning and development initiatives, with a focus on UK law and EU legislation.
