We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Junior PA / Front of House Coordinator to become the face of our business. Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and guests Delivering a first-class front of house experience at all times Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are presentation-ready Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally Supporting senior team members with diary management and administrative tasks Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and appointments Assisting with office events and client hospitality Maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the office Building strong relationships with high-profile Mayfair clients and acting as a professional brand ambassadorWhat We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A confident and professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Well-presented and professional at all times Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be advantageousWhat's On Offer
