Junior Process Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer to join their expanding operations in Bradford, West Yorkshire . You will be mentored by senior engineers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across a range of challenging projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and modification of chemical processes.
• Conduct process data analysis and support troubleshooting of operational issues.
• Prepare process documentation, including P&IDs, flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in HAZOP studies and other process safety reviews.
• Support pilot plant trials and scale-up activities as required.
• Learn and apply company standards and best practices in process engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Strong understanding of fundamental chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with process simulation software is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the field of chemical engineering.
