You will be involved in client interaction, property viewings, market research, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants, providing detailed information.
• Assist senior agents with property valuations and market appraisals.
• Gather and update property details and marketing materials for listings.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Help facilitate the offer and negotiation process under supervision.
• Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.

Requirements

• A passion for real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Basic understanding of the local Liverpool property market is a plus.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
