Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior appraisers in conducting physical inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Research and gather data on comparable property sales, market trends, and local economic conditions.
• Learn and apply standard appraisal techniques and methodologies under supervision.
• Assist in the preparation of appraisal reports by organizing data and drafting sections.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of property inspections and data collected.
• Shadow experienced appraisers to gain comprehensive understanding of the appraisal process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
