Key Responsibilities

• Support senior analysts in researching real estate markets and identifying investment trends.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for property valuations and investment projections.
• Gather and analyze data related to property performance, market comparables, and economic indicators.
• Participate in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing data rooms.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for investment committee meetings.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and performance tracking activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in real estate investment and financial markets.
• Excellent research and data gathering abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a hybrid work model.
