Junior Recruitment Consultant

Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings and speak with clients and candidates.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing daily and weekly driver bookings

• Calling drivers and confirming assignments

• Speaking with clients about staffing requirements

• Advertising jobs and recruiting new drivers

• Interviewing and registering candidates

• Keeping our CRM and compliance records up to date

• Looking after our existing driver pool

• Supporting business development and marketing

• Joining our week-on, week-off on-call rota once fully trained

What we’re looking for

You don’t need recruitment experience, attitude and reliability matter more.

You’ll need to be:

• Reliable and punctual

• Confident speaking on the phone

• Organised and able to work at pace

• Proactive and willing to get stuck in

• Comfortable using computers

• A good team player with a sense of humour

• Keen to learn and progress

• Hold a full UK driving licence
