Junior Recruitment Resourcer

Junior Recruitment Resourcer Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate sourcing and database searches Making candidate calls and building strong relationships Candidate registrations and onboarding Chasing and managing compliance requirements Coordinating interviews Booking workers and managing availability Managing candidate availability and daily requirements Client administration and account support Maintaining and updating the CRM system Vacancy management Writing and posting job adverts Conducting candidate database searches Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries Supporting urgent client requirements Providing general recruitment and account supportWe’re looking for someone who is:
