Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Gather essential information about potential customers and their needs for the sales team.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and research as needed.
- Learn and adapt to sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or previous customer-facing experience is advantageous.
