Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining software applications using specified programming languages.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, and testing.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborate with team members on code reviews and debugging sessions.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control, and agile methodologies.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• A demonstrable passion for programming and software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) is advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent); A-levels or equivalent in a technical subject are a bonus.
