Junior Sous Chef - Fine Dining

Legacy, the three-rosette fine dining restaurant at The Grand, York, is looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen brigade. Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner service, alongside occasional exclusive lunch events, Legacy is driven by seasonality, precision and creativity. Working closely with the Culinary Director, you’ll help lead the brigade, oversee daily service and maintain the exceptional culinary standards that define what we do.

As well as leading your section, you’ll play an active role in mentoring junior chefs, contribute to seasonal menu development and engage with guests to bring our culinary philosophy to life.
