Junior Sous Chef: Growth in a vibrant Mediterranean kitchen

Megan’s Restaurants is seeking an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join our growing team. You’ll ensure dishes are prepared to recipe spec, look exceptional on the pass, and help train and lead our kitchen crew with a strong focus on food hygiene and safety.

Ideally, you’ve worked as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in premium kitchens, and you’re keen to progress by gaining broader kitchen management experience across multiple sites within the group.
