Junior Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen & Menu Innovation

BM Caterers in London (White City) invites an experienced Sous Chef to support the kitchen, lead by example and deliver exceptional food daily. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week and £38,000 per year, with opportunities to influence menus and mentor junior staff.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef, maintain high food-safety standards (COSHH/HACCP) and help manage kitchen operations, delivering consistency, creativity and energy in a busy service environment.
