We are looking for an energetic and experienced Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a busy pub based in Richmond hill. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, and able to support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
• Excellent cooking and kitchen management skills
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Commitment to food quality, hygiene and safety
• Flexibility to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
